MEET THE TEAM
DAN RUDD, M.D.
Dr. Rudd is co-founder of getRx. He created the concept for the getRx application based on his and other medical professionals’ need for faster, more efficient prescribing.
A Tennessee native, Dr. Rudd has practiced internal medicine in the state for more than 30 years. He earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Tennessee in Knoxville, and completed medical school and his residency at the University of Tennessee at Memphis.
Dr. Dan is a physician with Cedar Grove Medical Associates in Smyrna, Tenn. He served on the Research Advisory Committee to the National Institute of Health and the National Heart, Lung and Blood Institute.
EDWARD A. HADLEY
Edward A. Hadley, a co-founder and partner in getRx, is a member of Nashville law firm North, Pursell & Ramos, where he focuses on health care liability law, business transactions and aviation law.
Hadley represents health care professionals before their respective licensing boards and has defended False Claims Act, anti-kickback actions and benefits litigation. His clients include Hospital Corporation of America and Community Health Systems.
Hadley earned a bachelor’s degree from Vanderbilt University and a Juris Doctor from Samford University Cumberland School of Law. He was admitted to the Alabama and Tennessee Bars in 1994.
