    Does this app have any of my medical records?

    Only a limited amount of health information is maintained in the getRx database. getRx stores your name, address, date of birth, allergies, insurance card and prescriptions. This data is encrypted and stored on secure servers.

    Who can see my profile?

    How can I change my password?

    You can change your password on the web portal by going to your profile and selecting and typing the new password in  “Password Change” and then typing it again in “Password Change Confirmation”.
