Only a limited amount of health information is maintained in the getRx database. getRx stores your name, address, date of birth, allergies, insurance card and prescriptions. This data is encrypted and stored on secure servers.
Your prescribers will be able to see your profile, if you are the primary account holder any added member will be viewable to only you.

You can change your password on the web portal by going to your profile and selecting and typing the new password in “Password Change” and then typing it again in “Password Change Confirmation”.
