    What type of email address do I need to be a Clinic Administrator?

    How do I set up my favorites on the web?

    Begin by selecting the ‘my pharmacies’ tab on the left side bar and then type the name of the pharmacy you wish to add into the ‘add favorite pharmacy’ slot. After typing a pull down bar should appear with the option to add or the option to search a pharmacy, select one of the following and press the save button when finished. Your new pharmacy should now appear in the favorite pharmacies box.

    Are a Clinic Contact Email and an Intra-Office Communication Email the same?

    No, the Clinic Contact Email receives all confirmations for prescriptions that have been sent to a pharmacy.  An Intra-Office Communication Email receives all messages that the clinic has sent directly to the office through getRx messaging.
